For us to submit your application for the 2024 EU SME fund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Have the following available

  • PDF copy of your VAT certificate (company) or

  • PDF copy of your Tax Identification Number (individual)

  • PDF copy of a bank statement showing bank name & logo, your company name, IBAN

Step 2: Complete the Declaration of honor

​

Step 3: Pay our service fee of 49€ which will be refunded if you instruct us with your IP filing

The refund process works via vouchers that will be issued upon successful application.

​

Vouchers are available for one or more of: trademarks & designs, patents, and IP scan services.

​

Vouchers' values are as follows:

  • Trademarks & designs: 1000€ max, but only 75% of official fee per application

  • Patents: 3500€ total max, wherein 1500€ max for official fees & prior art searches, and 2000€ max for legal fees for drafting & filing

  • IP scan services: 1350€ max

2 / Small

<50 staff

<= 10 mil € annual turnover | <= 10 mil € annual balance sheet total

3 / Medium-sized

<250 staff

<= 50 mil € annual turnover | <= 43 mil € annual balance sheet total

Main exclusion criteria

1 / bankrupt
2 / subject to insolvency or winding-up procedures
3 / assets are being administered by a liquidator or court
4 / in an arrangement with creditors
5 / business activities suspended
6 / any analogous situation
7 / breach of obligations re payment of taxes or social security contributions
8 / guilty of grave professional misconduct, particularly misrepresenting information re eligibility criteria, entering into agreements aiming at distorting competition, violating IP rights
9 / fraud, corruption, conduct re criminal organization, money laundering, terrorist financing, terrorist offenses, child labour
